The present invention relates to an imidazole derivative substituted with an amine compound represented by chemical formula 1, and to an organic electroluminescent device comprising the same. The imidazole derivative reduces driving voltage of a device, improves light-emitting efficiency, and can extend lifespan. In the chemical formula 1, each substituent is the same as defined in the detailed description of the present invention.
