The present invention relates to a composition for improving the condition of hair and scalp, containing icariside B6 and, more specifically, to a composition for an external skin or a pharmaceutical composition which promotes hair growth by containing the component, can prevent and improve hair loss, improves overall hair condition by alleviating the stimulation with respect to the scalp and inhibiting dandruff and scalp inflammation, and has excellent purifying and soothing effects with respect to the scalp. In addition, the present invention enhances hair root by activating cell proliferation of the scalp. thereby hair loss reduction and hair growth promoting effects are provided, the prevention of scalp itch and the dandruff is effective. |
