PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management device, an energy management system, and an energy management method which are capable of correctly calculating an energy consumption.SOLUTION: An EMS 200 includes a control unit 240 which calculates, as an energy consumption, a value obtained by multiplying the number of received pulses by a pulse rate being an amount of energy per pulse. If the pulse rate is designated and a combination of the number of signal lines 183S and the designated pulse rate is a specific combination different from a reference combination being a combination of the number of signal lines 183S and a reference pulse rate being an amount of energy indicated by one pulse received via one signal line 183S, the control unit 240 uses the reference pulse rate for calculation of the energy consumption instead of the designated pulse rate. |
