PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the effective shaping of the body of clothing, thereby providing the best finished quality in a current feeding machine.SOLUTION: A clothing feeding machine comprises: a shaping body 11 for shaping clothing; and a feeding conveyor 35 which has a front face part 33 located behind the shaping body and moved approximately in the vertical direction and has an upper face part 34 moved backward from the front face part. In the clothing feeding machine, a device for shaping the body of the clothing comprises: a wiping member 52 which is arranged near the front face part 33 of the feeding conveyor 35 and acts in such a manner as to rub the body of the clothing for shaping the clothing; and a pressing mechanism which moves the wiping member 52 between a standby position separated from the clothing and a shaping position in contact with the clothing to apply pressing force from the front face to the clothing fed from the shaping body 11 to the upper part of the feeding conveyor 35 and moved approximately in the vertical direction. Thus, the clothing is arranged in the vertical direction so as to be easily spread, and shaping performance is thereby improved. |
