PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve adequate efficiency by reflecting a feature of each time zone.SOLUTION: A traffic superimposition analysis device 40 extracts a combination for efficiently using a network from facility traffic information, and transmits a control instruction to a virtual network controller device 50/cloud controller device 60. The traffic superimposition analysis device 40 collects the facility traffic information from a group of data centers DC_1 to DC_n, classifies tenant management information, service management information and facility management information by tenant or by service, and further classifies the facility management information by rank. By superimposing the maximum time series information, an optimal combination is obtained and an optimal tenant superimposition structure is provided. |
