PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system that is able to receive safe drive assistance control service such as speed control of a safe drive assistance system without driver's being puzzled, in a case where an intersection at which a traffic signal that is able to provide signal information is installed and an intersection at which it is not installed are mixed.SOLUTION: A central device 4 transmits service intersection information including, for example, information for determining whether each intersection is a service intersection or not to a plurality of service traffic signals 3A and a plurality of traffic signals 3B. An on-road device 1 receives service intersection information from a service traffic signal 3A or traffic signal 3B connected via a communication line, and transmits it to an on-vehicle device 2. Based on the service intersection information, the on-vehicle device 2 creates notice information such as image data drawn by superposing the location of the service intersection on a road map, and provides a driver with the notice information. |
