The ID management server 100 is configured to specify a section to which a maintenance worker is assigned on the basis of the worker ID, and to notify the storage state management server 200. The storage state management server 200 is configured to specify equipment identification information on the basis of the section to which the maintenance worker is assigned, and to notify a content management server 300. The content management server 300 is configured to notify the terminal equipment 10 of firmware information to be installed in the component of electronic equipment to be exchanged from a content table by using the equipment identification information as a key. |
