A hard coat film is provided to show an excellent heat resistance, humid resistance, and smoothness, and adhesiveness with a base film on a hard coat layer prevent fringe patterns, thereby preventing wrinkle formation. CONSTITUTION: A hard coat film contains a base film having a resin with (meth)acrylic group as a main component and a hard coat layer. A material forming the base film and a material forming the hard coat layer are formed as a mutual layer nearby the interface of the hard coat layer of the base film. |
