A nozzle support system (150) for a nozzle (102a, 102b) of a gas turbine (100) includes an outer ring (152), an inner ring (154) disposed within the outer ring (152), and a plurality of links (156) pivotally attaching the outer ring (152) to the inner ring (154). Each one of the links (156) may have an outer end (158) that is pivotally attached to the outer ring (152), and each one of the links (156) may have an inner end (160) that is pivotally attached to the inner ring (154), such that the inner ring (154) moves along a longitudinal axis (126) of the outer ring (152).
