摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a light emitting diode element using a phosphor sheet, comprising the steps of: forming a plurality of latticed cell regions by forming a plurality of guide grooves of a latticed pattern to the depth shorter than the thickness of the phosphor sheet along width and height directions to be divided into the cells corresponding to the size of a bonding target phosphor diode chip in the phosphor sheet where a phosphor is formed in the form of a sheet; binding light emitting diode chips to correspond to one another on each of the latticed cells divided by the guide groove of the phosphor sheet; and forming a light emitting diode element as the latticed cell unit in which the light emitting diode chip of the phosphor sheet is bonded. According to the method of manufacturing a light emitting diode element using a phosphor sheet, by forming the guide groove in the phosphor sheet, the vision recognition rate of a vision recognition loading apparatus configured to install the light emitting diode chip is improved and the attachment of a foreign material other than the phosphor sheet during a bonding process of the phosphor and the light emitting diode chip can be prevented. Thus, there is an advantage of maintaining an optical characteristic as it is.
