The present invention relates to a system and a method for a location-based civil petition sharing service by using a mobile SNS (MSNS) which enable the location-based civil petition sharing service via a social network application which uses various sensors supported in a mobile environment. The system and the method include: a datum collecting and processing unit which comprises APIs to collect data related to a camera and the location of a mobile and process the value of the corresponding device; the mobile terminal which generates a map image via a Google server by using location-based information collected by the datum collecting and processing unit, integrates the value the datum collecting and processing unit has measured with a message the datum collecting and processing unit has generated, transmits contextual information to a petition sharing service server and posts petition details on a mobile social network via the MSNS; and the petition sharing service server which retrieves, when the mobile terminal makes a request for a specific petition article, the corresponding contextual information from a database, integrates the information into a single message and then transmits the message to the mobile terminal. |
