PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building unit which facilitates the setting of floors with different heights, and a unit building.SOLUTION: First floor beams 30, which include a pair of short-side floor beams 32 and a pair of long-side floor beams 34, can support a floor surface material. The long--side floor beam 34 is divided in the longitudinal direction of the first floor beam 30 and provided with a defective part 36. On the other hand, a second floor beam 38, which is elongated along the longitudinal direction of the first floor beam 30, which has a longitudinal intermediate part provided on the upper side of the defective part 36 and which connects both side parts, having the defective part 36 in between, of the long-side floor beam 34, can support the floor surface material. |
