The present invention relates to a water vessel capable of accommodating medicine and, more specifically, provides a water vessel capable of accommodating medicine, which is formed to be cylindrical, and comprises: a storage unit having a water vessel unit, a cap unit, and a plurality of storage spaces coupled between the water vessel unit and the cap unit to having a partition wall therein; and a selection unit rotationally coupled to the outside of the storage unit, and enabling a discharge hole formed in an outer circumferential surface to coincide with any one place of the storage spaces for a selected storage space to be opened.
