The present invention relates to a flat type heat pipe with functions of horizontal circulation and thermal storage. More specifically, in regards to a pipe body which includes a hollow part for filling working fluid, and consists of a lower plate covering the hollow part and a working fluid communicating path, both side plates, and an upper plate, since the sizes of the upper plate and the lower plate are larger than those of the both side plates, the pipe body has a flat type structure. Accordingly, in the case of newly constructing heating arrangements or constructing heating arrangements (or cooling arrangements) for reinforcement when building a new building or remodeling an existing building, the thickness of a building floor or a wall body should not excessively be extended, thereby securing a pleasant interior space, and maximizing heating (or cooling) efficiency through rapid thermal conduction properties. The flat thermal conduction in accordance with the present invention, comprises: the flat type pipe body which consists of the lower plate, the both side plates, and the upper plate, and forms the hollow part for filling working fluid, wherein the widths of the upper plate and the lower plate are larger than the heights of the both side plates; a return strip which protrudes from an inner bottom surface of the lower plate of the pipe body to be arranged thereon, and constructs a return path; and closing parts which are arranged on both sides to form the working fluid communicating path where the hollow part of the pipe body is closed. |
