摘要 The present invention relates to a surface treatment method comprising: a step of manufacturing a Cr-Cu complex target including 95-98 at% of Cr and 2-5 at% of Cu; and a step of forming a Cr-Cu-N coating layer including 30-40 at% of Cr, 2-5 at% of Cu, and the remaining consisting of N through sputtering from the Cr-Cu complex target in nitrogen-containing atmosphere gas. If a surface of an operational component such as an engine is coated by the surface treatment method, lubricative and mechanical characteristics becomes excellent; a bonding force with a base material is improved; and a time for coating is reduced to produce a large amount of coating materials.
