PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sequence which does not produce scorch even selecting a menu with little moisture such as a stew menu in a cooker adopting a ceramic pot.SOLUTION: A cooker includes, as devices, a ceramic pot, a heating means for heating the ceramic pot, and a heating control means for controlling the heating state of the heating means according to a cooking menu to be cooked. The cooker has a control process including a temperature rising step for heating the pot until it boils after the cooking start, a boil maintenance step for maintaining the boiling state within a predetermined time after boiling, and a temperature control step for controlling the pot to a predetermined temperature according to the cooking menu. The temperature control step includes a first temperature control step for controlling the heating of an inner pot at a first temperature lower than the boiling temperature, and a second temperature control step for heating the inner pot at a second temperature lower than the first temperature of the first temperature control step, and the temperature control is performed while lowering the temperature stepwise. |
