PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch capable of decreasing loudness generated when the pouch is opened in association with an increase in internal pressure, and a content encapsulating pouch.SOLUTION: A pouch 10 includes a bag body part 40 that forms an internal space 29 capable of accommodating contents, a first opening 43 that is formed in the bag body part 40 and that opens the internal space 29, and a fastener 100 that opens/closes the first opening 43. The fastener 100 has a high-fitting-strength part 110 and a low-fitting-strength part 120. The low-fitting-strength part 120, which is lower in fitting strength than the high-fitting-strength part 110, is a part where at least one of a male die and a female die of the fastener 100 is squashed. |
