A waste receptacle bucket (1) for use with a bin liner bag (40) whereon the interior wall surface (2) is a first circumferential row of portions or protuberances (4, 6, 20, 22, 32, 33, 50, 52) with substantially round bases (41, 43) intermediate the bucket base (26) and half the length or less to the bucket opening (27), whereby the interior wall surface (2) is smooth intermediate the first row and the bucket opening (27) so as to permit egress of air between the interior wall surface (2) and bin liner bag (40), to restrict the area of contact of the interior wall surface (2) against the bin liner bag (40) to restrict friction, and to restrict settling of contents in the bin liner bag (40) due to gravity and thereby ease lifting the bin liner bag (40) from the waste receptacle bucket (1). |
