The present invention relates to a flat radiating source, particularly for in vitro inducing and monitoring photodynamic phenomenon in samples disposed in a storage facility (3), wherein the flat radiating source consists of a closable body (1) provided with above opened central chamber (11) adapted for both removable insertions of the storage facility (3) with the sample to be analyzed and for removable fixation of a semitransparent thin-walled irradiation plate (4) disposed thereabove and provided with diode chips (41) distributed in rows with mutual hexagonal arrangement, wherein said diode chips (41) are parallel-connected with a bus (42) being lead along the circumference of the irradiation plate (4) and being connected to an external power supply unit. The diode chips (41) are arranged in the irradiation plate (4) such that their light beams direct straightforward down to the storage facility (3). |
