The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing retroreflective fabric which can be used for fashion-related shoes, bags, clothing, hats, and sporting goods, stationery and toys, safety reflective vests, road signs, indoor and outdoor signs, interior lighting and sheets, advertising fabric, etc. and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing retroreflective fabric, which can greatly improve the durability, identity, and manufacturing efficiency of retroreflective fabric by easily forming a shiny pearl pattern layer (called a sparkle) or a 3D pattern selected among the various patterns in addition to a retroreflective pattern layer or a retroreflective function for improving daytime and nighttime identity regardless of the material of base fabric. The method for manufacturing retroreflective fabric according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) forming the retroreflective pattern layer, which is made of a UV resin, on one surface of a base film; (B) forming a metal deposition layer on the retroreflective pattern layer; (C) laminating the base fabric on the metal deposition layer; and (D) stripping the base film from the retroreflective pattern layer.
