Described is a device and method for controlling the fuel injection, which is an electronic saver that works with the computer of an automobile, the same modifying the injection pulse, warrantying in such a manner an efficient fuel saving, the invention requiring a small space in the automobile, since it is formed by a small circuit that may be arranged anywhere in the vehicle. Basically, the invention is formed by an electronic circuit with a chip and electronic components intended to send a digital signal to the computer of the vehicle for modifying the injection pulse of the automobile, reducing therefore the amount of fuel the injectors introduce into the engine to be burnt. This circuit is easily installed and in some cases no specialized people is required, such as an electric mechanic, to be installed. The device is not affected by rain or the heat produced by the automobile engine (resistant to high temperatures) and is environmentally friendly since it reduces the excessive burnt of fuel and therefore the amount of gases emitted to the atmosphere. The useful life is efficiently endless, compared to further savers, which have a specific life time and are affected by dirt and other factors. |
