PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an estimate of air-conditioning equipment construction more efficiently.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning equipment construction estimate preparation system includes a terminal device 10 and a management apparatus 12. The terminal device 10 includes an air-conditioning area input section 30 where air-conditioning area is input, an air-conditioning performance input section 32 where air-conditioning performance is input, and an air-conditioning model input section 36 where an air-conditioning model is input. The management apparatus 12 extracts past estimate data conforming or similar to the air-conditioning area, air-conditioning performance, and air-conditioning model input in the terminal device 10, to be transmitted to the terminal device 10. The terminal device 10 calculates an estimate by multiplying the input air-conditioning performance by a performance unit price determined on the basis of an estimate and the air-conditioning performance in the estimate data received from the management apparatus 12, or by multiplying the performance unit price by air-conditioning performance calculated from the input air-conditioning area and unit performance based on the air-conditioning performance and the air-conditioning area in the estimate data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
