PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device that is adapted to finer pixels and has a color filter layer made finer and thinner with less defects while maintaining or improving spectral characteristics of light received by a photoelectric conversion part of the solid-state imaging device.SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device having a plurality of pixels stacked has a photodiode 12 formed on a semiconductor substrate 11 while sectioned for each pixel; a color filter layer 14 which is formed above the photodiode 12; and a microlens 16 which is formed for each pixel, a first microlens 16a formed above a first color filter layer 14a formed first among red, blue, and green of color filter layers 14 being formed including a color material of the same color as or a color similar to that of the first color filter layer 14a to a less density than the first color filter layer 14a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
