PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight portable cutter capable of limiting unexpected rotation of a wheel guard even when large force is added.SOLUTION: In a state of Fig.2, a stopper 441 provided so as to project to the paper space this side in a wheel guard 44 and a stopper locking part 221 constituted by using a part projected to the paper space innermost side more than an arm 20 in an arm cover fixture 22, abut on each other. Thus, the wheel guard 44 cannot be further rotated in clockwise rotation from the state of Fig.2. The stopper 441 and the stopper locking part 221 constituted by using a bolt of high mechanical strength, have high resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
