A method for generating a chatting message corresponding to product information on a web page comprises the steps of: recognizing, on a server, a selection of an identifier displayed on a web page of a device on the basis of a request received from a device or a webserver; acquiring, on the basis of the request, information for the product on the web page and account information of a user associated with the selection; activating a chatting session between a server account and a user account on the basis of the account information; generating a chatting message corresponding to the product information; and providing a chatting message to the device by means of the chatting session. |
