The present invention relates to a method for preparing liquid silicone rubber for an LCD screen protection film. The method comprises the following steps: mixing vinyl silicone oil, methyl vinyl raw rubber and methyl vinyl MQ silicon resin at the mass ratio of (4 to 8):(1 to 5):(0.5 to 5), to obtain base rubber; taking 100 parts by mass of the base rubber, adding 0.005 to 0.05 part by mass of a catalyst, and stirring to obtain mixed rubber I; taking 100 parts by mass of the base rubber, adding 1 to 5 parts by mass of a cross-linking agent, 0.0001 to 0.01 part by mass of an inhibitor and 1 to 5 parts by mass of a tackifier, and stirring to obtain mixed rubber II; and mixing the mixed rubber I, the mixed rubber II and a solvent at the mass ratio of 1:(0.8 to 1.2):(1 to 5), coating the mixture on a base material, and solidifying to obtain the liquid silicone rubber for the LCD screen protection film. According to the method, the liquid silicone rubber for the LCD screen protection film is obtained by selecting proper raw materials and proper preparation conditions, the dual 85 resistance of the liquid silicone rubber can reach over 1440 hours of not degumming and not sticking to the glass; the adhesion of the liquid silicone rubber with a PET base material can reach the effect of cohesive failure; the transparency of the liquid silicone rubber can reach up to 97%; the overall preparation process is simple; and the production efficiency is high. |
