An information access processing method and device. The method comprises: according to indication information, acquiring at least one task work order to be processed, and displaying processing information about the task work order in a taskbar of a task processing webpage; for the task work order selected in the taskbar, opening a user chat window corresponding to the selected task work order in the task processing webpage; and updating the processing information about the task work order using interaction data generated by the chat window, and displaying the updated task information in the taskbar. By conducting parallel processing on a plurality of task work orders in a task processing webpage, the processing efficiency can be improved, and by updating the processing information about the task work orders using interaction data generated by a chat window, the task processing information is acquired in time, thereby further improving the processing efficiency. |
