The present application provides a device configuration method, configuration apparatus and management device, wherein the configuration method includes: the configuration apparatus obtains identification information of a device to be configured, and the identification information is used for uniquely identifying the device to be configured; the configuration apparatus transmits the identification information to the management device; the configuration apparatus receives a configuration file which is corresponding to the identification information and transmitted from the management device; and the configuration apparatus transfers the configuration file to the device to be configured, so that the device to be configured performs configuration according to the configuration file. The configuration method in the present application both improves the opening efficiency, and decreases the difficulty of planning and managing.
