Disclosed are a renegotiation processing method and device, the method comprising: receiving a request message transmitted by a client, the request message being used to request to renegotiate an IPv4 address and/or an IPv6 address; and renegotiating the IPv4 address and/or the IPv6 address according to the request message. The present invention solves the problem in the related art that the IPv4 address and/or the IPv6 address cannot be renegotiated, such that IPv4 and IPv6 protocol stack services can be switched without redialling. |
