PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device capable of enhancing economical effects of power saving by effectively utilizing a surplus power, and to provide a power system, a consumer device, a power management method and a power management program.SOLUTION: The power management device is a power management device used in a power system including a power storage part, includes a power information acquisition part for acquiring information about supply power, and suppression amount information about a power consumption suppression amount in a power demand facility to be a consumption destination of power. The power system includes a control part for providing remaining power obtained by charging surplus power in the power storage part about the surplus power obtained by subtracting consumption power in the power demand facility from the supply power, or partial power or the entire power stored in the power storage part and the surplus power to a transaction destination, and adjusting a power storage residual amount of the power storage part such that a power amount to be provided to the transaction destination becomes a prescribed transaction unit on the basis of the suppression amount information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
