PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric equipment housing box such that even when a door is lifted, no droplet of water falls into a box body and a closing member has no risk of damage.SOLUTION: There is provided an electric equipment housing box which comprises a box body 1 installed with an opening part up, and an upward open type door 2 installed on the box body 1 with a hinge, and covering the opening part. The box body 1 comprises a water drain part 6 consisting of a horizontal side 6 having a peripheral edge of the opening part bent inward, a raised side 7 raised vertically upward, and a bent side 8 bent outward, and the door 2 comprises a trailing side 11 formed by bending four sides thereof vertically downward. At a drooping side 11a on the opposite side from the hinge, an extension side 12 extending vertically downward than ends of other drooping sides and a folded side 13 folded inward in parallel with the horizontal side 6 are formed, and a closing part 14 is provided between the extension side 12, folded side 13, and horizontal side 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
