PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can obtain high sound quality without recording noise in the apparatus such as mechanical drive sound of optical zoom magnification during moving image shooting in such a structure that an electronic circuit board provided with a sound guide hole on a sound reception part side of the electronic apparatus exterior and a microphone is mounted with soldering on the back surface side of the electronic circuit board so as to cover the sound guide hole.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes microphones 9a, 9b, a top cover unit 2 formed with sound reception holes 2a, 2b for making the sound pass therethrough, a flexible wiring board 8 having sound guide holes 8a, 8b and mounting the microphones 9a, 9b so as to cover the sound guide holes 8a, 8b, a microphone bush 11 surrounding the board, and a holding member 12 fixing the board and the microphone bush to the top cover unit by bringing the microphone bush into pressure-contact state. The assembling direction of the holding member is substantially orthogonal to the sound passage.
