PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil device that further reduces a proximity effect and efficiently reduces resistance in a high-frequency area.SOLUTION: A coil device C1 comprises a laminated sheet coil constituted by laminating through an insulator a plurality of sheet coils having coil patterns 1a-1d made of conductors formed, which has portions V1-V3 in which coil patterns of the plurality of sheet coils do not overlap with each other across the insulator in a laminating direction and directions in which electric currents flow through the respective coil patterns are not parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
