PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate sample data more exactly.SOLUTION: In a method for generating sample data, when the required sample processing period is increased, the maximum sample number of ADCs which are made to be aligned at equal intervals for over the sample period is made as an average of ADC sample numbers obtained by increasing each sample. This method includes processing which selects one from a plurality of ADCs different in capability of resolution to the speed in order to further improve quality of data sampled when the sample processing period is increased.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
