PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow small-to-medium-sized retail shops to use a common point system at low cost.SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises: a decryption unit that restores terminal device prescribed data by decrypting terminal device encryption data obtained by a reader/writer for obtaining terminal device encryption data by communicating with a communication terminal of a terminal device user for obtaining and holding the terminal device encryption data transmitted by a system that comprises an encryption unit for generating encryption data by encrypting prescribed data including a terminal device common point in response to a request from a user who uses a common point allowing the user to store and consume points at different shops, and a communication unit for transmitting the terminal device encryption data; and a use point storage unit for storing a common point included in the restored terminal device prescribed data as a use point of the terminal device user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
