PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device that reduces a variation in oscillatory frequency while suppressing adhesion of a joining member to an external terminal.SOLUTION: There is provided a piezoelectric device including: a rectangular substrate 110 that has a joining member arrangement area X1 and a joining member non-arrangement area Y1; an electrode pad 111 that is provided on the top face of the substrate 110; an external terminal 112 that is provided on a lower face of the substrate 110; a wiring pattern 113 that is provided on the top face of the substrate 110 and electrically connected to the electrode pad 111; via conductors 114 that are provided on the substrate 110 for electrically connecting the electrode pad 111 and external terminal 112; a piezoelectric element 120 that is mounted on the electrode pad 111; and a joining member 150 that is provided in the joining member arrangement area X1, where the joining member non-arrangement area Y1 is provided along the outer periphery of the substrate 110, and the joining member arrangement area X1 is provided to be in contact with the joining member non-arrangement area Y1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
