PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which is small and enables reduction of influence of temperature change of an ambient atmosphere on characteristics of a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: An oscillator 1 includes: a wiring board 7; a vibrator 3; an integrated circuit element 5; and a cover 8. The wiring board 7 has: a vibrator pad 41 provided on a first major surface 37a, an external terminal 43 provided on a second major surface 37b and electrically connected with the vibrator pad 41; and an opening part 37h penetrating through the wiring board 7 in a thickness direction. The vibrator 3 has a vibration element 9 and a package 14 housing the vibration element 9 and is mounted on the vibrator pad 41 so as to cover the opening part 37h. The integrated circuit element 5 is disposed in the opening part 37h and mounted on the package 14.
