PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device for a vehicle capable of heightening visibility of a virtual image by setting a display color corresponding to a display area of the virtual image.SOLUTION: A head-up display device for a vehicle includes: a color analysis part 34 for determining a background color of each display area where a virtual image is displayed based on an image acquired by an image acquisition part 45, and setting a display color of the virtual image corresponding to the background color; a drawing part 35 for creating a prescribed drawn image corresponding to the display color; and a display control part 36 for performing display control of a display device 12 based on the drawn image created by the drawing part 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
