PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calibrate a parameter of a projector in three-dimensional position measurement with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: image reception means for receiving a picked-up image of an object for calibration to which an irradiation pattern is irradiated by illumination means, the picked-up image being picked up by imaging means; association means for generating correspondence information obtained by associating each of two or more positions on the picked-up image of an object for calibration shown in the picked-up image with two or more positions corresponding to a position on the picked-up image on a pattern image irradiated by the illumination means on the basis of the irradiation pattern; and parameter calculation means for calculating a parameter of the illumination means to be used three-dimensional measurement using the imaging means and the illumination means on the basis of scale information showing a positional relation of two or more positions of a real space of the object for calibration, and the correspondence information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
