The present invention relates to a system for operating a mobile game based on the location (MGL). The system includes: a MGL operating server for the execution of a MGL; and a MGL executing unit executing the MGL through a user mobile terminal over communications with the MGL operating server, an operating system, and a mobile function performing module while being installed in the user mobile terminal having the operating system and the mobile function performing module.
