CASTING PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SIDEWALK AND ROADWAY INSTALLATION SLIP PREVENTION AND CASTING PRODUCTS

The present invention relates to a method to produce a casting used as a slip preventing member installed in a sidewalk or a roadway; and to a casting produced through the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method to produce a casting used as a slip preventing member such as a manhole cover or a street tree protection cover with a roughened surface, installed in a sidewalk or a roadway to prevent pedestrians from slipping and falling; and a casting produced through the same method. According to the present invention, the method to produce the casting used as the slip preventing member installed in the sidewalk or roadway, comprises: a step of preparing an upper mold and a lower mold used to produce a casting; a step of applying a surface modifier to inner surfaces of the upper and lower molds, and curing the surface modifier; a step of combining the upper mold and the lower mold to form an integrated mold; a step of injecting a molten metal into the integrated mold having a shape corresponding to the casting (final product) to be produced; and a step of curing the molten metal in the integrated mold, and then removing the upper and lower molds.
