The present invention relates to a CCTV camera system interlocked with a smartphone. The system comprises: camera units installed in a plurality of designated places to photograph an image; an image display unit configured to display the photographed image; a central control unit configured to control the camera units and the image display unit; and a communication server for communication with a smartphone. Therefore, the system prevents moisture from being inserted into the camera units.
