Provided are a method for acquiring uplink grant information, a UE and a base station. The method comprises: obtaining, by a UE, configuring signalling comprising the code channel number of a downlink control channel and intercepting a channel carrying the uplink grant information over at least one code channel of the downlink control channel according to the configuring signalling. When the embodiments of the present invention are applied to achieve HSUPA, since the code channel resources of a downlink control channel supported by a UE are greater than the code channel resources of an uplink control channel, the flexibility of UE dispatching by the system can be enhanced and the overhead of the downlink code channel resources can also be decreased at the same time when the code channel resources of the downlink control channel are used to send the channel carrying the uplink grant information. |
