PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which enables a charge amount to be suppressed, in a mechanism of charging according to a page count of generated business form data.SOLUTION: A business form server 102 stores a form file indicating a structure of business form data, and insertion data for overlaying to the form file. The business form data is generated using the stored form file and insertion data, a page count of the generated business form data is integrated, and a charge amount is calculated according to the integrated page count. When integrating the page count, only a page count of a newly-generated business form data is integrated so as to suppress a charge amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
