PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frit-containing paste with which a major surface and a glass sheet are bonded together with high hermeticity and adhesiveness, and to provide a production method of an assembly.SOLUTION: A production method of an assembly 10 comprising a glass sheet 12 having a sintered frit pattern 14 bonded to a major surface has: a step to apply a paste to the major surface in a pattern; and a step to sinter the paste pattern, in which the paste comprises: a population of frit glass particles; a population of filler particles; and a vehicle, the population of filler particles has a median particle size in the range of 2.5-3.5 μm, and at least 90% of the filler particles have a particle size of 12 μm or less, 100% of the paste's filler particles have a particle size less than a nominal height of the sintered frit pattern 14, the sintered frit pattern 14 has an RMS surface roughness in the range of 1.0-2.0 μm, and the sintered frit pattern 14 has a porosity in the range of 9-13%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
