PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll-type compressor which inhibits a gate corresponding part from blocking revolving motion of a movable scroll.SOLUTION: A scroll-type compressor has a tip seal 41 stored in a seal groove 16c provided at a tip of each spiral wall 16b. The tip seal 41 has a predetermined thickness, is disposed between a fixed scroll and a movable scroll, and includes a gate corresponding part formed by injection molding in a terminal part 43.
