PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed liquid concentration measurement device, a hydrogen generation system, and a concentration measurement method for determining the concentration of at least one of an aromatic compound and an organic hydride included in a mixed liquid.SOLUTION: The mixed liquid concentration measurement device comprises: a first electrostatic capacitance measurement unit 110 for measuring the electrostatic capacitance of a mixed liquid of an aromatic compound and an organic hydride and having a pair of first electrodes 102 disposed in the mixed liquid; a reference container 205 for storing the aromatic compound or the organic hydride and disposed in the mixed liquid; a second electrostatic capacitance measurement unit 210 for measuring the electrostatic capacitance of the aromatic compound and or the organic hydride in the reference container and having a pair of second electrodes 202 disposed inside the reference container 205; and an arithmetic unit 104 for determining the concentration of at least one of the aromatic compound and the organic hydride in the mixed liquid on the basis of the electrostatic capacitance of the mixed liquid and the electrostatic capacitance of the aromatic compound or the organic hydride in the reference container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
