a handle having an interior cavity comprising a mounting shaft; a removable marking device comprising a marking end having at least one marking tip, and a mounting end having a post; a rotational scale disposed about the mounting shaft, the scale providing a visual representation of an angle of the marking device; wherein the mounting shaft is freely rotatable relative to the handle, and the eye marker device further comprises one or more weights coupled to the mounting shaft.
