The invention consists of a small xenon- or LED-type bulb inserted into the opening of the rear-view mirror connected to the vehicle, without altering the functions thereof, nor, if applicable, the indicator functions, by means of a modification in the pre-existing electrical installation in said rear-view mirror, which also powers said new bulb. The movement of the bulbs is independent from that of the rear-view mirror, i.e. performed by means of the remote control housed in the dashboard, one or both of the bulbs of the rear-view mirrors being able to be oriented without altering the orientation of the rear-view mirror. The shell of the rear-view mirror contains a slidable cover, as a part thereof, which allows the bulb to be partially or completely hidden. |
