A gradient step cap hood tower plate. Cap hoods (2) run through a tower plate body (1), the cap hoods (2) being internally provided with several stepped flow plates (3), vertically adjacent stepped flow plates (3) being respectively arranged on a set of opposite sides within a cap hood (2), several through-holes (4) being arranged on the stepped flow plates (3), top portions of the cap hoods (2) being provided with inclined plates (5), several strip-shaped holes (6) being arranged on the inclined plates (5). A bottom portion of each cap hood (2) is provided with a cap bottom (8) dropping down in a stepped manner from the middle to the periphery. During actual use of the stepped flow plates (3) and the stepped cap bottoms (8), each step is covered with a liquid, and mass transfer occurs between a liquid in a flowing and rising process and the liquid on the steps. The mass transfer contact area and contact time of a gas and a liquid is increased without the volume of a gas-liquid mass transfer tower being increased. |
